Do you want to start your weekend relaxed and nourished?
Join me to experience the benefits of Qi Gong. We move through gentle movements to harmonize the mind, body and breath to support our well-being and is suitable for all, no experience is necessary.
Practicing Qi Gong regularly helps us to release tension and allow our energy to flow freely, to help keep our bodies, organs and emotions in balance.
Each class will include breath work, gentle flowing movements and we finish with a relaxing meditation.
My Saturday morning classes are held in the warmth of Swansea Well-being Centre where mats, bolsters etc are all provided.
