About the Event

You are warmly welcome to join us at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre Open Day on Saturday 29th September 9am-9pm.

Come and enjoy free taster sessions and classes and sample our wonderful food catered by Coolbeans, Maha & Nebal from Damascus and NazmaBotanica.

Family First Aid

Baby and child first aid classes are suitable for anyone who cares for children. The sessions are informal and friendly. Babies under 1 are welcome to join the class. There will be no tests, role plays or scary stories.
